Your Contributions at Work
Since 1981, ONS Foundation has partnered with oncology nursing supporters, like you, to achieve the ONS
mission of promoting excellence in cancer nursing and quality cancer care. Through generous donor support,
ONS Foundation has provided more than 1,200 scholarships, research grants, and awards - over $13 million -
to outstanding oncology nurses and nurse researchers nationwide. These funds have played a critical role
in improving patient care and advancing the oncology nursing profession. Following are just a few of the
many ways that ONS Foundation, with your support, has helped to make a difference:
ONS Foundation, through the support of (Center for Learning, Information, and Research), has educated more than
5,000 oncology nurses across the US. through regional education workshops, web casts, and learning institutes.
